a moment of irony

Some things just needed to be vented, because a volitle person that I am has learned that things can no longer be bottled up so when in  research on an illness I had seen this and it cracked me up..

**The enlargement is not permanent in all cases, and in some cases the growth can regress with the reduction of blood pressure and controlling excitements/emotions strictly.^[7]**



Can you imagine having to control excitements and emotion for the sake of one's own heart?  Yeah, it's a heart issue.  lol.  So the irony is not lost...
