Dear Steadfast Girl,
One of the most powerful things we can do it is to stand in our very own skin and proclaim out loud what we will and will not allow...what we will and will not believe in...what we will and will not fight for, or fight about....what we will and will not accept as truth for our life or ourselves.
Sometimes we think things...but we never claim those things powerfully, or proclaim them.
Sometimes we know something is not right...or we know something is very very right.....but we never stand in our own power and make it real.
Beautiful friend...here's something to try. Try to stand up tall....get your big beautiful soul into your own skin...and say some things out loud that you believe....that you may have been afraid to say out loud before. You will find that it will be incredibly amazing to hear your own beautiful self say things with such power and conviction...and you will find that your actions will follow your proclamations....come on, just try it.
You have the right, you have the choice...you even have the responsibility to live big in your own skin and to take charge of what you will and will not do..will and will not believe...will and will not allow.......Let yourself hear it from your own mouth.....miracles will happen.
Come on...be brave.
You are so very very very loved.

This is a shout out, a call for artists of all kinds, to send us your song-bird art for featuring RIGHT HERE in our Daily Truth emails. If you've been featured before, this is your invitation to be featured again! If you haven't submitted before, this is your invitation to BE BRAVE and send your birdies in! There is no jury, no selection committee...we feature them by random drawing...because we love having a mix of all kinds of bird art...from amateur to professional, painting or drawing or collaging or stitching or whatever form YOUR art takes. The story behind these emails...
This is a crazy world that forces confusing lies upon us every day -- lies about what is most important, who we are, who we can become, what we can accomplish, our value, our potential, our worth, what makes our lives meaningful, how & where we can find true happiness, and on and on.
So we've decided to wage our own little war against those lies by sending our brave friends a daily truth. Think of it as a little bird delivering your truth -- and imagine that this truth-teller is someone who loves you and understands you completely.
Our daily emails are a free gift that is sent most weekdays, Monday through Friday, with all our love and wishes for everything joyful and brave and true.
