Heart n soul

This I want to do.  Getting there has been most difficult.  Today has been a day for plaintive howling because the meds are making things difficult to return to normal.  Instead of moving forward it makes me feel as if I'm going backward especially when the depression hits hard.

The meds can work well and yet have side effects that throw you for the loop.  When it comes to the physical heart, a person's spirit and soul have much to deal with when the actual heart is damaged.

So how does the soul deal?
